Aim/Purpose:
Individualised practical and emotional support at home or in the community for the whole family. Women subject to community payback order or Restriction of Liberty Order, who are affected by alcohol/drug misuse and have children aged under 18 years. Improved parenting and family relationships and participation in community activities.

Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
Women subject to community payback order or RLO, who are affected by alcohol/drug misuse and have children aged under 18 years. Telephone and online referral by professionals and self-referral. Assessment undertaken by Circle.
