Aim/Purpose:
Practical support around issues such as housing, benefits, health, attending appointments and accessing social activities. Adult males and females affected by alcohol/drug misuse. Participation in pro-social recreational activities and improved engagement with services.

Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
Telephone referral by professionals and self-referral. Assessment undertaken by Phoenix Futures.
