Aim/Purpose:
Improved family relationships and strengthened family ties. Family integration worker provides individual or group support and alongside Addiction Recovery Team deliver Strengthening Families Programme. Adult males and females and families affected by alcohol/drug misuse.

Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
Adult males and females and families affected by alcohol/drug misuse. Telephone referral by professionals and self-referral. Assessment undertaken by Phoenix Futures.
