Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

A Mental Health Treatment requirement under a Community Payback Order would be considered within the Justice Social Work Report completed at the time of sentence, considering the appropriateness and need for such a disposal. It commonly would have input within the Justice Social Work Report from local Mental Health colleagues as to this assessment.
Separately, the Court can request a Psychiatric report locally to determine the need for any intervention or order.
