Aim/Purpose:

Moray Rape Crisis provides trauma-informed support, information and advocacy for anyone aged 11 and over on the Moray area who has experienced any form of sexual violence- whether recently or in the past. Services include: • Emotional support for adults • Advocacy for adults (help to navigate the justice process, where a survivor chooses to report to the police) • Groupwork for adults • Emotional support and advocacy for young people aged 11 to 18 (the Rise Up project) • Emotional support and advocacy for survivors with a learning need or disability (the Side-By-Side project) • First language support in Polish. Moray Rape Crisis also works with young people aged 11 to 25 in secondary schools, FE/HE and youth services across Moray to prevent sexual violence through delivering awareness-raising workshops on understanding consent.

  • Any agency, Court, GP, Health professional, Other, Self-referral, Social work
