The residential unit provides accommodation in a flat-sharing environment with access to staff 24/7 and 365 days of the year. Those using the service will be allocated a key worker who will work in a person-centred way to support them through the challenges that they may face as well as encouraging positive change and decision making. The service aims to offer increased opportunities, reduce isolation, support emotional welfare, and gives people a safe and stable space when they need it most. Support can also be provided in the community once in their own tenancy.
