Drug Treatment and Testing Order (DTTO)

Description:
A DTTO is a disposal which focuses on drug treatment as the primary means of reducing offending behaviour. Orders last between 6 months and 3 years and combine drug treatment and a testing regime with regular court reviews, in addition to supervision.

We are looking to develop this offer. Training has been completed in DTTO and Smart Recovery, training was provided by the Highland Council. We are currently looking at Decider Skills training to enhance the support offered alongside. We would like to introduce a basic level of decider skills into our programme offers. In addition, we are currently developing lead practitioners to focus on specific areas, build expertise and engage nationally.
