This provides for a range of employability supports. The physical provision of this service is only available in the Inner Moray Firth area, although some aspects of the support can be accessed online, e.g. CV preparation; interview techniques; disclosure of previous convictions; job searches etc. In other areas this can be accessed through the Fair Start Scotland, which provide participants with pre-employment support for a period of up to 12 months, and in-work support for a period of up to 12 months. It is tailored to meet the participant’ needs.
