Aim/Purpose:
The ASN service deals with additional support needs mediation cases that are referred through from the Education authority from each local authority, looking to resolve any matters that may have come about between those with additional support needs and the education authority. We to try to make an impact before a tribunal is held. For access to ASN mediation the client must be actively attending a school within the Aberdeenshire or Tayside areas.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- Adolescent (17 and under), Young adult (18-35)
Assessment/referral process:
- Other
School age only.
Referred by education authority.
