Aim/Purpose:
CPO Connect is an online platform enabling service users to flexibly access sessions on a range of topics, with particular emphasis placed on mental health and personal growth.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- All ages
Assessment/referral process:
- Social work
Available to any individual aged 16+ currently engaged with Justice Social Work Service in East Renfrewshire. CPO Connect is available by referral via tendering team which can include Justice Social Work teams, Housing Associations or Local Authorities. Upon commencement of the service, staff complete an online nomination form and submit. The Wise Group CPO Connect team then progress the referral.
