Aim/Purpose:

Talking Points provides free, impartial, non-judgemental support, information and signposting on anything related to health and wellbeing.

Suitability criteria:

  • All ages

Assessment/referral process:

  • Self-referral

To get in touch with Talking Points, you can: Complete the Self-referral Form to let us know what support or information you need. Call The Community Hub on 0141 876 9555, Monday to Friday, 10-3pm. Email:talkingpoints@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk. Visit the Talking Points Hub in Barrhead or Newton Mearns. In one call to Talking Points you reach over sixty organisations, including the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), who work together to help you get the information you need quickly, so you can live your life to the fullest. The Talking Points staff will either help you directly or will signpost you to the right health and social care service, organisation or group who can.
