Aim/Purpose:

RAMH promotes recovery from mental ill health, and empowers people to build independent, fulfilled lives. We offer a range of free, confidential services which provide: • Individualised care and practical support to people in their own homes • One to one counselling sessions with a qualified counsellor • Employability support to help individuals gain or maintain employment and/or volunteering opportunities • A range of social, creative, therapeutic, educational and physical activity groups • Support to family, friends, carers and the wider community through information and education • Peer support groups – people with a lived experience of mental health can support each other through their recovery journey.

  • All genders
  • All ages

Assessment/referral process:

  • Any agency, Self-referral

To make a referral: Please see website https://ramh.org/refer/ • Complete the referral form . • For headquarters, call 0141 847 8900 to refer over the phone • For East Renfrewshire, call 0141 881 8811 to refer over the phone • All other enquiries can be sent to enquiries@ramh.org Except for school based youth counselling service which is a direct referral by schools.
