Aim/Purpose:
The Voluntary Throughcare Service offers support to people serving short term custodial sentences on whom statutory post-release supervision has not been imposed and covers their time both in custody and for 12 months post release. The service is designed to support community reintegration and rehabilitation.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- All ages
Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
