A case management approach is taken. Clearly match risk and need responsivity with the case management plan. Making use of other partner agencies as appropriate and delivering in house courses through utilising the skills of the Programme Delivery Team.

Possible Outcomes

Reduce the risk of reoffending and complete the order effectively. Specific areas of work will be delivered depending on the need of the individual and their desired outcome; this varies depending on the person being supervised.

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Assessment utilises appropriate risk assessment tools including offence specific where required – LSCMI in all cases; Stable & Acute 07 for sexual offending; SARA for domestic offending.
