Aim/Purpose:

Bethany Homes provides safe and secure supported accommodation within Dumfries for people at risk of or with a history of homelessness, enabling them to build their capacity to prevent further recurrence of homelessness.

Single Men and women Over the age of 16 years Homeless in Dumfries and Galloway. Referrals via Dumfries and Galloway Housing Options and Homeless Service. Other agencies can request application forms for their clients directly from the project.

Further Information:

Supported housing service in Dumfries which helps people to address issues that undermine their ability to live independently within the community. Bethany Supported Housing provides fully furnished, single accommodation in Dumfries, primarily for homeless and vulnerable people. Individual packages of support with accommodation are in place to assist clients develop their ability to live independently in the community. Support and advice is available for budgeting, relapse prevention, independent living skills, emotional issues, benefits, household management, education and training. Support is provided to clients in their own homes by Bethany staff working in partnership with other relevant statutory and voluntary agencies in the community.
