Are you 18 or over and living in Dumfries and Galloway? Are you coping alone? It’s not easy to live with someone’s problematic alcohol or drug use AND It’s all too easy to feel guilty and blame yourself for your loved one’s problem. It’s all too easy to become isolated because of the stigma around alcohol and drug problems in the family. It’s all too easy to become overwhelmed. It’s all too easy to forget about your own needs.
