People affected by problematic drug/alcohol use

Residential rehabilitation is available as part of the drug and alcohol treatment services

Possible Outcomes

Opportunity for individuals to take part in programmes designed to address drug and alcohol problems which they have been unable to do in a community setting. Access to ongoing support within their community thereafter. Opportunity to reduce risk of reoffending.

Process for assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Specialist assessment is undertaken by Argyll and Bute Addictions Team (ABAT) and/or We Are With You. In addition the facility providing rehabilitation will complete assessment for suitability prior to acceptance. Each application requires to be scrutinized by the Alcohol & Drug Partnership (ADP) Rehabilitation Monitoring Group.
