Aim/Purpose:
Working with a Development Coach, participants will be empowered to achieve their goals in education, training or employment.
Suitability criteria:
- All genders
- Adolescent (17 and under), Young adult (18-35)
Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
Anyone aged 16 – 24 years old living in Aberdeenshire – Not in education or work.

ENGAGE involves one session of up to 2 hours per week, at a time that suits the individual participant. As part of the ENGAGE programme, Development Coaches will help the individual to: – Build on strengths and abilities – Increase confidence and interest in learning – Develop skills for learning, life and work – Improve mental health and wellbeing.
