Aim/Purpose:
This service is designed to support those with an offending background and needing support in moving into a positive destination. It focuses on the individuals needs and the action plan created with them. Disclosure support is provided, along side letters of disclosures. Staff will work within participant’s license conditions where needed and will communicate with social workers and the offender management unit with Police Scotland. Positive destinations vary depending on the participant and their needs and goals.

Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
Must have some form of offending background. Must be a resident of Aberdeen city. Anyone can refer in. Email to be sent to Aberdeen@apexscotland.org.uk initially for a referral form to be sent to you.
