Aim/Purpose:
Those interested in working in construction – this course provides training, the CSCS card and the chance to site visit with Keir construction. This course is a group setting and persons must be living in Aberdeen city to be eligible. First aid, manual handling, disclosure support, health and safety in a construction environment and the green labourers card will be offered to each participant. Each participant will be supported in applying for construction related jobs and agencies.
Suitability criteria:

- All ages
Assessment/referral process:
- Any agency, Self-referral
- Must be of working age
- Must be able to understand, read and write English for the training
- Must be stage 3-5 on employability pipeline
- Must be a resident in Aberdeen city
Anyone can refer in. Email to be sent to Aberdeen@apexscotland.org.uk initially for a referral form to be sent to you.
