JULIA’S ROLE

Julia works as part of the Improvement Team and supports research activities across the organisation. This includes the design and delivery of research and evaluation projects that support and improve the evidence base for community justice activity across Scotland.

BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Community Justice Scotland, Julia worked for the social research agency Kantar Public, where her work focused on national statistics and longitudinal studies. She has designed and conducted mixed mode surveys across the UK and internationally on behalf of UK Government departments, public bodies and third sector organisations. Julia was awarded the Market Research Society’s Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research in 2018.

Prior to this, Julia worked as an Evaluation Officer for Rethink Mental Illness, and as a charitable trusts and foundations fundraiser for a supported housing provider and housing association, Transform Housing & Support.
