
Aimee’s role
Aimee’s role is to create innovative and engaging digital learning content to support and enhance Community Justice Scotland’s learning curriculum.
Background
Aimee has worked in the HR industry within the Public Sector for 4 years, after graduating from university with a degree in Business with Marketing.
She started out working for the City of Edinburgh Council as an HR Administrator, responsible for the employee lifecycle and recruitment of staff.
Aimee’s interest in learning developed whilst working at Registers of Scotland, as an HR Digital Officer. She was interested in how digital learning can help shape an organisations learning culture, and gained valuable skills in digital authoring tools, with the drive to develop innovative and engaging learning solutions.
Aimee had a short stint in the Ministry of Defence. She worked as a Strategic Workforce Planner, tasked with strategic workforce planning and projection, before joining Community Justice Scotland.
