Salary £46,889 – £55,828

Overview

Community Justice Scotland (CJS) is the national body for community justice in Scotland.  Launched on 1st April 2017 by the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016, it aims to create a more robust and effective community justice system based on local planning and delivery by a range of statutory partners, supported and guided by national leadership and oversight. Community Justice Scotland is based in Edinburgh but is a national body working across the whole of Scotland.

The role

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Commissioning Framework Lead will design, develop and consult on a strategic framework for Commissioning CJ services building on initial work undertaken by CJS. The role will involve extensive consultation and engagement with key stakeholders and statutory partners across all sectors, to research and produce a Strategic Commissioning Framework to drive change in community justice commissioning across Scotland. Working always from a shared values-base, you will be driven by our ambition to make Scotland the safest country in the world.
