Salary: £49,420 – £61,617

Contract: Permanent

Expected start date for this role is February 2022


The Head of Caledonian National Team is a key role within Community Justice Scotland. The role requires you to take the lead in overseeing the delivery of the Caledonian system. Utilising your significant knowledge and understanding of the Caledonian system and extensive experience in delivery, social work, training design, communication skills, working in multi-agency partnerships and knowledge of trauma informed practice. You will have a clear strategic vision for the development of domestic abuse services in Scotland and represent the Caledonian system in international debates to share the Scottish approach to domestic abuse interventions and wider policy.
