CJS needs you! Join our Board

Would you like to help deliver a world-leading approach to tackling crime and re-offending that builds safer, stronger, inclusive communities?

We are the national body for community justice in Scotland.  Launched on 1st April 2017 by the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016, we aim to create a more robust and effective community justice system based on local planning and delivery by a range of statutory partners, supported and guided by national leadership and oversight.

We are based in Edinburgh but work across the whole of Scotland.

Scottish Ministers are looking to appoint up to 4 new members to our Board with experience gained through being active in your community, in a voluntary capacity, through your own personal life experience or through your career.
