We have a Bail Supervision Scheme available for those from the Stirling area at risk of being remanded into custody.
Possible Outcomes
Ongoing community integration, increased access to support services to address risk and need.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
We provide a service for males and females from 16 years. A Justice Officer would be tasked by the Court to make an assessment of suitability. The Stirling Justice Social Work Service would supervise the Bail Order as per the specifications of the Court including office and home visits and any risk / need related work to be undertaken.
