Initial assessment at Criminal Justice Social Worker Reports and then more comprehensively whilst on the order. On this basis the scheme or intervention is not imposed as a Community Payback Order programme requirement.

Renfrewshire provides this service through its S27 Community Justice funding. Domestic violence funding is through the Caledonian service which Renfrewshire has bid for but been unsuccessful.

Just Learning: Employability Support for persons with convictions (now known as INVEST).

Service for individuals with current or historical convictions in Renfrewshire. Direct pathway of referral, disclosure letter support/YES programme for those further from the job market. (Economic Development Renfrewshire Council/European Social Fund provision.)
