Community Payback Order: Treatment: Alcohol

Anyone aged over 16 resident in Fife

Although available to the Court it is rarely used due to the specific wording of the legislation.
An opportunity to access to specific alcohol treatment including community or residential detox, rehabilitation and broader therapeutic interventions.
Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention
An identified specialist provider would provide a report to the Court regarding suitability for alcohol treatment. There would require to be a named individual who would be responsible for providing the treatment.
