Falkirk Justice Services have a Community Psychiatric Nurse who is based in the Justice Services Building. Depending on assessed needs, the individual will either be supported by the Community Psychiatric Nurse or referred to an appropriate agency to meet their level of need such as their GP, Mental Health Team or FDAMH (Falkirk’s Mental Health Association).

Assessment for suitability is carried out at Criminal Justice Social Work Report stage by Justice Service social workers in consultation with either the Community Psychiatric Nurse or a medical professional who may already be working with the individual.
