Drug Treatment and Testing Order (DTTO)

The purpose of a DTTO is to focus on individuals whose offending is a direct result of their substance misuse and who are at a high risk of receiving a custodial sentence.  This disposal differs from drug treatment requirement which is focused on individuals whose offending is not as prolific.

Assessment for DTTO is accessed via Criminal Justice Social Work Report and specialist DTTO assessment.
