In Spring 2022, the information will be reviewed and updated where required. Thereafter a review, and any necessary revisions, will take place three times annually.

Details of all Specific national or local scheme/intervention(s) available

Supervision sensitive to clients’ assessed risk/ needs/ learning style etc. and expectation that Supervising Social Worker will work with client to promote desistance from offending. This may include contact with, referral to, and/or support to engage with any other services or agencies which will support supervision outcomes. These areas will be routinely addressed as part of the supervision process if relevant. Women will have access to additional support from the Connections Women’s Centre. Overall emphasis on the importance of relationship in engaging clients in the supervision process and sticking with them.

Possible outcomes

Reduced offending; improved access to services (health, housing, benefits etc.)

Process for Assessment and/or inclusion in scheme/intervention

Level of Service/ Case Management Inventory in order to help identify needs and risks to be managed, along with ‘responsivity Issues’ that may require additional support to assist engagement. Broadly speaking these are then incorporated into a Case Management Plan.
